Originally from
Easton, Maryland, W. Lee Denny studied business in high school and college. He has a diploma in Automotive Management from GMI in Flint, Michigan and attended Chesapeake College in Wye Mills, Maryland.
Lee was an owner in his own business while a Senior in high school on a special work release program, selling and servicing Yamaha Motorcycles and Used Cars and Trucks. Lee has worked in banking, retail clothing, hardware, food services, charter fishing, concert production, personal management, and marina operations and had an extensive career in the Automotive industry. He retired after purchasing a small Buick Dealership with two million dollars in annual sales, growing the company to become the sixth largest in the Mid Atlantic. Annual sales for the company eventually topped seventy five million dollars. While growing this company, Denny purchased one more dealership, and formed a production company, Charter Fishing business and purchased and operated a marina. He is now the owner of Performance Business Consulting, where he is the Lead Business Consultant, helping other business owners benfit from his experience.
Lee has strength in customer service, marketing, banking, advertising, service industries, wholesale and retail parts, finance, inventory management, coaching staff, training and overall business planning, execution and process.
Wendy Denny has spent most of her career in human resources, managing an HR department for a multinational company doing business in the US, Canada, and Germany. She has 19 years of experience in HR. Upon retirement, her department was managing human resources for over two thousand five hundred employees. She now lives in Easton, Maryland, and works as a Human Resources Consultant for Performance Business Consulting.
